Registration Instructions

If you would like to mail in or drop off your registration please follow the steps below and mail it to the address provided or contact one of the registrars.
Forms must be received or post-marked by February 25, 2012 to avoid the late registration fee of $20.

1. Print off and fill out all necessary forms:

• Registration Form
• Player Medical Information Form
• Parent Code of Conduct Form
• Uniform/Volunteer Form

2.  Include a copy of your child’s birth certificate (not required if player was registered in 2010 season)

3. Fill out 3 cheques payable to Central Saanich & District Fastpitch:

• One for registration with current date (please see fee schedule below)
• FAMILY RATE: A $30 discount will be given to each 3rd and subsequent child registered in a family
• One for $75 uniform deposit post-dated for July 1, 2012 (please fill out one cheque for each child you are registering)
• One for $100 volunteer deposit post-dated for July 1, 2012 OR dated with current date if you are unable to fulfill your concession duties
