2026 Spring Registration Info

Please note that Softball BC has introduced a new requirement this year. Players must now purchase their Softball BC annual fee prior to registering with the club. In the past, this fee was included in our club registration, and we paid it on your behalf.
Once you proceed to the registration page, you will be prompted to complete the payment for your annual fee before continuing to the club’s registration process.
Volunteer Requirements
We are a non-profit organization run entirely by volunteers. Upon registering a player for participation in Central Saanich Extreme Fastball, the player's parent(s)/guardian(s) agree to serve two volunteer shifts. This is above your regular team volunteer duties such as field setup/takedown, scorekeeping, etc.

Once again, we will require a post-dated cheque for outstanding volunteer shifts as there has been a significant decline in volunteers completing their required shifts and paying the outstanding amount owing in the past few years.
Post-dated cheques will be required in the amount of $200 (per registered child) before your child is placed on a team for this coming spring season. Cheques are due to the club by March 15, 2026. Please date your cheque for July 1, 2026.

If both shifts have not been completed by the end of the Spring season, your cheque will be cashed. If you have completed your required shifts, your cheque will either be destroyed or you can request it back. For those families who will NOT be filling a volunteer role during the season and choose to opt out from the start and can pay the fee instead. Fee is to be paid for each registered player. If you choose this option, a post-dated cheque will not be required.
